About me:
Hi, I’m Heather and I believe art can be medicine. It helps me on my own healing journey, so I want to give away my work to help others on theirs. My art is gentle and soulful, layered with words and textures for the parts of us that crave softness, truth and a sense of coming home to ourselves. I know first hand, the power of art on our mental well-being. I hope you’ll join me, on your own healing journey.
From therapist to artist
For many years, I worked as a psychotherapist, holding space for others to navigate their healing. When my own mental health asked me to step away from the therapy room,
I wasn’t sure what would come next. What I found was a pile of torn papers, paint-stained fingers, and a way to express what words alone couldn’t say. Art became my way back to myself.
And now I want to share it with you!
My biggest hope is that this new collection offers you calm and encouragement on your own healing journey.
A gentle reminder for your wall, journal or sacred space.

Why is it free?
Think of it like a free sample. I’m taking the risk out of ordering something online. I’m confident that when you see your art print on the wall, you’ll feel confident to come back for more!
What’s the catch?
No catch, no hidden costs, no subscription. You are not obliged to ever spend any money with me again. I just want my art to be available to anyone who needs it and those who love it and can afford it, will come back to support me and my work. No pressure.
Is it low quality?
Absolutely not, quite the opposite. I’ve chosen to have my work printed on photographic paper as it offers vibrant colour reproduction, deep contrast and exceptional high definition sharpness. It also has a high durability and archival quality, is acid free and resistant to fading, moisture and fingerprints. This ensures the artwork lasts.
